Clouded pale straw with white head. An enjoyable Belgian Wit, quite juicy whilst being light in consistency. Sweet and hoppy on this occasion make for a reasonable beer, I quite enjoyed it after visiting the caves and needing to warm up in the sun, this pub is just around the corner. Aroma of wheat and some light coriander. Taste is also dominated by some light wheat with some commendable spice mix in which coriander dominates. Body is a bit light with too much filtration with some adequate carbonation. r464 (287), Allentown, Pennsylvania, USA
