Bottle. The pour was a pale straw yellow with a large (2-3 finger) white rocky head that was mostly diminishing, leaving behind a thin film with a small collar thus producing fair spotty lacing. The aroma was of a light grain malt and a moldy Belgian yeast with notes of banana, citrus (lemon), wheat and coriander. The taste was very lightly sweet with a strong wheat presence and a touch of banana from the start and possessed a slight citrus note and a bit of spice towards the end. The flavor was short lived with a mild citrusy wheat finish. Mouthfeel was light in body and watery in texture with a mellow carbonation. Overall this is a pretty basic Witbier. Tasty, refreshing and very drinkable, which along with the somewhat low ABV makes it the perfect brew for a hot summer’s day...

Crisp and refreshing. What a light beer should be. Lemony and slightly spicy. Out of the can a very clear appearance. Perfect for hot Florida nights.

12 oz. bottle from Bottled; shared with my Boo. Aroma: Moderate wheat tartness with lemon in tow; a hint of orange peel and light spices as well. Appearance: Pale straw yellow pour with a cloudy body; the firm white head settles into a skin. Flavor: Pretty much follows the curve of the nose; tart lemon wheat up front with a light spice perfume; orange peel becomes more involved towards the finish, with has a lingering tartness. Palate: Light body, slick texture, very soft carbonation, lingering finish. Overall: This is maybe a lighter Witbier, but I really dig it. My wife said it reminded her of Chardonnay.

Bottle. Hazy pale straw light foam. Aroma: fragrance, peel and wheat, something artificial. Taste: sweet, citrus, strange wit.

5% ABV. Witbier. This poured out of the bottle a pale golden cloudy yellow about 6ºSRM. The nose had fresh wet yeasty aromas which were predictably subdued. It had some nice light spicy flavors in the palate that balanced clean, floury, and wheaty flavors.

0.33l bottle. Hazy pale yellow body, white head. Not so intense aroma. It has notes of wheat, grains, honey and camomille. Taste of grains, lemon zest, bread and coriander. Light to medium body, refreshing. OK wit.

Pours pale yellow and bubbled with a massive foamy pure white head. Beautiful. Aroma is pale wheat malts/grain, lemon, tiny bit of spice. Taste is very mild and drinkable. A bit creamy. Some notes of vanilla along with the wheat and very mild lemon. Did I say drinkable? Not memorable but easy drinking. I enjoyed it.

Pretty uninspiring wit. Limited flavor. Sweet wheat but no spices no citrus. Compared to other Belgian wits its a dud.
