Bottle. The pour was a pale straw yellow with a large (2-3 finger) white rocky head that was mostly diminishing, leaving behind a thin film with a small collar thus producing fair spotty lacing. The aroma was of a light grain malt and a moldy Belgian yeast with notes of banana, citrus (lemon), wheat and coriander. The taste was very lightly sweet with a strong wheat presence and a touch of banana from the start and possessed a slight citrus note and a bit of spice towards the end. The flavor was short lived with a mild citrusy wheat finish. Mouthfeel was light in body and watery in texture with a mellow carbonation. Overall this is a pretty basic Witbier. Tasty, refreshing and very drinkable, which along with the somewhat low ABV makes it the perfect brew for a hot summer’s day...

Can. Hazy light golden appearance with a foamy white head. Aroma is fruity, orange peel, zest and faint grain. Flavor is big fruit and yeast esters upfront. Wheat flavor and sweet orange follow. Easy finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A very well balanced witbier, with subtle spices in the aroma complementing the citric notes. Refreshing palate in accordance with the aromas. Very high drinkability.

opalescent pale yellow colour, moderate sized white head; aroma of citruses, grainy notes, coriander and hints of cardboard; taste of citruses, and some whead; not the best witbier, but drinkable

Poured from 11.2 ounce (ripoff!) can at Bob Log III concert at MOTR Pub on August 22, 2014. Cloudy yellow hue, light yeast/spice nose, smooth tangy flavor--maybe a bit too sweet. Not bad.

Hazy straw colored body with a thin filmed head. Lemon yeast aroma. Starts off tart and dry with a lemon background. Not much after that. Finishes quick and is refreshing. Great for summer time.

Can. Pours a cloudy yellowish color with a fairly small white head on there. Nose has a lot of wheat and citrus in there, and seems like it would be a little bit sweet. Taste is only very slightly sweet, but has a lot of smooth wheat tones throughout and just a bit of fruit. OK.
