COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

--> leckeres dunkles Weizen.

Bottle from Wittmans Zolhaus tap, Landshut Sud, drank on train to Mulhdorf - 14/07/12. Poured into a glass to a hazy dark brown colour with a big dollop of cream head. Caramel malts, banana, clove and spice on the nose. Taste as nose with a little bread in there. Medium bodied and carbonation, sweetish tasting and slightly bitter finish.

It’s unclear dark brown with a huge, creamy head. The aroma has notes of yeast, caramel, chocolate, wheat and fruit. The sweet flavor has notes of yeast, caramel, chocolate, wheat and fruit like the aroma, and the finish is slightly spicy.

Bene comunque

Dark brown-orange color with a creamy, fine head. Smells of roasted malts, very yeasty and spicy. Starts amazingly fruity, slightly yeasty notes with good acidity come through. The finish shows a bit more roasty, with good malt aromas, a great acidity comes through.

0.5 l bottle to weizen in Landshut. Plus a hazy chocolate color with two to three fingers of tan head. Aroma of toasted malt and caramel. Taste of spice and sweet bread. Full mouth of average carbonation. Dry finish. Overall a well balanced example of schwartz beer. Nothing special but very drinkable.

Bottle. Sweet banana, clove and toffee malt aroma. Cloudy orange-brown color with nice tan head. Sweet banana, clove, and light toffee malt flavor. Medium body - not bad but would like a maltier flavor.
