A mid Amber gold coloured beer with a thick and frothy head. A light, spicy and fruity aroma, with a background maltiness. Dry mouthfeel. The taste starts off tart, pithy citrus fruit, then a dry spicy flavour, peppery, and a touch of clove is then followed by a dry dusty malt flavour that adds a biscuity element to the background. The finish continues with the tart fruity flavour. Bottle fro Getränke Central, Lohmühlback, Freising.

Golden color. Sweetish honeyish aroma. Sweet honeyish and bready flavor with some tart perfumed alcohol and hint of herbal hops.

Bottle: Golden, big stable loose white head with a good lace, delicate bisquity-grainy with a mild fruity and hoppy touch; soft and medium bodied, moderate bitter-sweet flavour; slightly lingering bisquity and hoppy finish. Quite pleasant......

It’s dark golden with a creamy, white head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel and fruit, and I find the same notes on the slightly sweet flavor.

bottle from Getränke Fleischmann Wörth/Isar. Clear golden colour, large white head. Fruity-malty aroma. Full-bodied, intensive malt flavours with a touch of caramel and honey. Shy fruity touch towards the finish, also some shy grassy hops in the lingering finish. Smooth palate - a well balanced Märzen.

Test vom 4.3.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 11,8,9,8,7,7 - 8,00

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Starts strong, hoppy and dry. A bit woody in the middle, finish modest sourish. Should be a little bit more spicy. Average!
