Dec 27, 2006 A golden beer with a huge white head. The aroma is very sweet and quite spicy as well as a bit of dust from the hops. The flavor is very sweet with strong notes of fruit, peaches, and oranges, as well as spices. OK without being exceptional.

Jan 3, 2008 (Bottle 33 cl) Hazy, amber golden with some impurities and a tall, bubbly and lively, off-white head. Medium body with fairly sweet malts and fruit. Rather discreet bitterness. A very mellow Tripel - and somewhat unspectacular. 271207

Feb 12, 2008 33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a dense off-white head. Light mouldy and yeasty aroma, light fruity too. Flavour is sweet caramel malt, dominantly. Has a mellow yeasty note and nice lingering spice finish.

Feb 12, 2008 Bottled. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is yeast, spices, alcohol and rather much caramel and even some candyish sweetness lurking. Flavour is caramel malts, wooden and vanillaish with a touch of alcohol and fruityness. A smooth brew to drink. Wellbalanced.

May 18, 2007 33cl bottle from Noel Cuveliers. My bottle was 8%. Clear amber, thick beige head. Oddly light tripel. Some peach/apricot. Not my favourite. Uncultured and a bit obvious. Soft in mouth. Some hop on end.l Not sure I like it.
