Cask; Seasonal - Autumn.
A traditional ale in a classical style and brewed with the first fresh hops of the new season.
Harvest ale is brewed using only fresh hops, which impart a stronger and more complex bitterness than the dried variety used in most beers.
Fresh hops are wet when they are added to the brew, meaning that their resins and oils are preserved, adding an unmatched depth of flavour.

Cask at Holborn Whippet with Sarah. Pours a clear gold with a creamy white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has a note of musty hay with a good amount of grass and some wet grain. Flavor starts with grain and hay with a bit of grass coming out in the finish.

A Mes rate: Cask at Twickenham Beer Fest. A good fresh hopped English Ale. Tobacco, hops and just a touch of malt in the aroma. Standard looks. Brown body with a bubbly head. All fresh hops flavour wise. Slightly tart. White grapes in the finish with more fresh hops. All about the hops. Nice beer.
