Jul 25, 2008 Farmhouse yeasty and appley smell but too pedestrian overall. Moderate head and clear gold orange color. High pitched citrus/lemon grassy yeasty taste midway through to end. But lacking a caramel or bready malt foundation. Lacking balance and complexity.

Jul 20, 2008 Courtesy of Gillard. Pours deep gold with slight haze and white head. The aroma is somewhat tart with undercurrents of sweet apples, some malt sweetness and then earthiness riding along. The carbonation explosion brings malt sweetness, apples and an increasing tartness up to and out of proportion. Midway some grainy malts surface to help out. Into the finish it dries out with more tartness. Not my favorite mix of flavors here.

Jul 20, 2008 Bottle courtesy Gillard. Pours a slightly hazy golden with a large white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma is loaded with yeast and hints of citrus and grainy malt. Taste is the same as aroma. Medium mouthfeel with a mild amount of bitterness. Good.

Jul 8, 2008 Pours a hazy orange amber color with a thin white head. Aroma of vegetables, fruits, yeast and hay. Flavor of fruits, yeast and hay with sweetness in the end. The body is light with a powdery texture and soft carbonation. Some beers are hit or miss, this one is closer to miss.

Jul 6, 2008 Thanks to Tom for this one. Clear gold body, white head. Aroma is quite sweet, touch of peppery spice, some citrus. Flavor is sweet, fruity, with a bit of dry bitterness.
