2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bomber - Poured a somewhat cloudy amber yellow in color with a small white head. Some small lacing. Aroma is of bready yeast, malt, mild citrus, clove and very small hops. Flavor is slightly sour, with mild hop bitterness, clove, mild citrus and bready yeast. A bit disappointing from a very good brewer...

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle: Golden colored, some sediment, minor haze, large frothy white head, falls quickly, decent lacing. † Barnish aroma, slight musty basement, dull floral, pale bready malts. † Sharp bready malts up front, a spike of astringency, spices are assertive yet muttled. † Almost seems like an alcoholic jab. † Falls off at the finish, a bit more astringency. † Not as floral as I would have hoped. † A little dank on the finish, quite musty with a touch of cardboard. † Its assertive without being floral, if that make sense. † Strange aftertaste, minor metallic notes. † Moderate to thin body and mouthfeel. † Kinda reminds me of a perfume that has sat around for ten years.

3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Very interesting aroma, which, unfortunately, doesnít prove as rewarding on the palate. There is a sour/saltiness that becomes increasingly overpowering. That said, I find the finish fairly decent, slightly spicy and not necessarily unpleasant.

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Pours clear amber-gold with a huge, dense white head. Heavy-handed coriander-citrus aroma with some yeast and very faint earthy hops. Spicy flavor (that coriander again), with musty oranges and mouth-drying plastic. Finish is slightly peppery, slightly hoppy, very astringent, and mercifully short-lived. Pretty weak anniversary offering

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle. Poured very bubbly, pale yellow with fast disappearing white head. Citrusy, spicy aroma. Thin flavour, with a bit of spice and hop. Unpleasantly sweaty note in the thin finish. An disappointing saison. It isnít quite a drainpour, but I would not drink this again

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Cloudy straw color with a white head. Smells of orange, hay, lemon, and a bit of hops. Taste is a blend of citrus fruits, bread, and sour spices. Not the most complex flavors for a saison, but it all blends well and is very drinkable. Leaves a clean finish. Iíd certainly do this one again.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
The estery aroma and flavor make up for a sub par beer, while still crisp and balanced this didnít have a whole lot to offer. I havenít been a big fan of wolavers in the past, and this was just ok, so my opinion hasnít changed much. Lightly dry and grainy, hops were mild, blending with a bit of earthy and woody flavors and a light apricot flavor in the finish.
