Jun 18, 2002 Hoppy aroma with a bit of malt. Red-brown color with small head that laces. Smooth carb with medium body. A bit nutty, slightly sweet start. Crisp, bitter finish and nutty after. Could be a bit more malty but very good.

Jun 27, 2006 Draught @ ODBF. Dark color, off white head. Semi-opaque. Malty aroma, and flavor, roasted notes. A smooth drinking ale.

Nov 14, 2001 A full bodies brown with lots of dark malt accent and hoppy flavors. One of my favorite Brown ales in the states.
