COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This robust India Pale Ale follows British tradition by using bountiful amounts of fresh hop cones to produce a crisp clean character; blending Magnum, Crystal and Hallertauer hops with generous amounts of Munich and Carmel malt.

UPDATED: MAR 11, 2013 Poured from 12oz bottle, cloudy with thick layer of head. Citrusy notes on the nose, bitter hops for bitter sake. It?s an IPA that punches your palate on the back end.

Pours a hazy straw color. Thin white head that is leaving some lacing. Earthy sweet aroma. Bland malty flavor with some bitterness in the finish.

Bottle. Pours a hazy amber color with a moderate white head. Not a huge nose on this, but I do get just a hint of hops. Taste has a good deal of bitterness to it, and is a very clean and easy drink.

12oz pour into a stemmed harpon leviathan glass. Aroma is of mild hops, bittering levels of spice, some dank after taste of fresh herbage. Caramel and frothy malt turn into the mix. Grass, hay, wheat, and soli round out the mix. Color is primarily bronzed orange with yellow and brown highlights. Hops mix is fresh, yet lacking in complete devotion. A nice backyard brew.

Draft. Served in a plastic cup. Amber color with off-white head. Aroma of grapefruit/some floral hops and some caramel malt. Taste was a little dull as noted by others, not as bitter as expected. Medium mouthful. Alright drinker, not very memorable.

Looked beautiful, but didn’t take as good as it looked. Hops were a bit musty/dank. Not a fan.

Bottle. Pours copper with an aggressive off-white head. Aroma is mostly grapefruit with a little caramel maltiness. Taste is medium bitter with a funky sweetness on the finish. This is not good nor much of an IPA.. more of a low-end APA.

Draught at Rattle&Hum, NYC. Deep golden beer with a decent offwhite head. Malty fruity aroma, grassy hops, pear, perfume, some hay. Hoppy bready flavor, grapes, milky, biscuits, pear, hay. A bit dull.
