12oz bottle from a Wegham’s in Buffalo, NY. A hazy amber pour with a trace of white head; pleasant honey aroma; gentle, sweet, floral taste, well balanced with just a touch of honey; but lacking any finish. A refreshing, and surprisingly enjoyable beer.

Okay, sort of digging this offering. Chamomile and honey lend towards a "tea" like quality to this beverage. This is very smooth. Good summer brew.

Pours a soft golden brew with two fingers of soft white head. Nose is interesting, a round floral character and malty sweetness shows with a touch of isoamyl acetate. Round banana bread character in the flavor that touts a nice round sweetness and an interesting floral and spicy character.

Bottle. Cloudy yellow beer, moderate white head. Lots of honey and floral tastes, strong carbonation. Overall okay, but a unique flavor.

Draught at the brewery on 2/7/14
Very pale, nearly lime-juice colored beer with some golden tints and a small but well-retained white head. Hazy, but not cloudy.
Very little aroma, per style, some vanilla, creamed wheat, light peppery hops and just a touch of tartness from the fermented honey. No flaws though...
In the mouth you are immediately greeted by a very lightly tart wheat character and a healthy dose of fairly tight carbonation that quickly gives way to very authentic honey sweetness. It’s ALMOST too sweet, but not quite. The blandness from the wheat gives it something to sink in to and the light tartness, touch of peppery/spicy hoppiness and moderate carbonation help keep it balanced. Pretty nice flavor balance they are able to achieve without it being fully fermented out. Do they add honey to secondary? Don’t know. The chamomile, furthermore, is a bit of an afterthought and very elegantly not overdone. Maybe a touch too soft/syrupy of a texture, but otherwise really nice take on the "style".

Bottled 02/10/13. A hazy tan coloured beer with a white head. A zesty citricity in the mouth with wheaty notes. A bit dull in the nose as wheat ales can be.. There’s a real coconut note in the mouth which I like. Quite sweet zestiness. Interesting and pretty tasty.

UPDATED: OCT 7, 2013 Presentation: It was poured from a brown 12oz bottle into a pint glass. The label has a short deScription and a USDA organic seal. Appearance: It has a hazy amber or light honey colored body with a light creamy head. The head fades quickly but leaves a thin ring of foam around the edge of the glass that hangs on till the end. This makes some spotty lacing on the way down the glass. Smell: There are lots of floral chamomile notes with hints of wheat, sour dough bread, oat/light grain, and honey. Taste/Palate: It starts with a light wheat base with light grain notes, mild honey sweetness and plenty of floral (almost tea like) chamomile. It finishes semi-sweet with light wheat tartness for balance and no real noticeable hop bitterness at all. The palate is soft and easy to drink. Notes: I see this being a very good hot weather beer/ middle of the day beer with a light lunch. Overall, I really like it.
