Presentation: It was poured from a brown 12oz bottle into a pint glass. The label has a short deScription and a USDA organic seal. Appearance: It has a hazy amber or light honey colored body with a light creamy head. The head fades quickly but leaves a thin ring of foam around the edge of the glass that hangs on till the end. This makes some spotty lacing on the way down the glass. Smell: There are lots of floral chamomile notes with hints of wheat, sour dough bread, oat/light grain, and honey. Taste/Palate: It starts with a light wheat base with light grain notes, mild honey sweetness and plenty of floral (almost tea like) chamomile. It finishes semi-sweet with light wheat tartness for balance and no real noticeable hop bitterness at all. The palate is soft and easy to drink. Notes: I see this being a very good hot weather beer/ middle of the day beer with a light lunch. Overall, I really like it.

I had it on tap. It pours a cloudy golden color with a white head and lacing. The aroma is floral with hints of honey and wheat. The taste is honey and wheat with a hint of fruit. It was nicely balanced on the palate. This was a refreshing and sessionable beer.

Ordinary wheat with an interesting nose. Can't say it's anything special, but a decent brew. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This was poured into a pint glass. The appearance was a nice hazy golden yellow color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within less than thirty seconds. Rings of light lacing stick around the glass adequately. The smell started off with a sweet floral to honey and added a light sweet wheatiness to it. The taste copies the aroma and flexes the sweetness around the honey and floral qualities. It moves nice and sweet into the aftertaste and leaves a quick easy sweet finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a super nice sessionable aspect to it. Carbonation is light and moves subtly over my tongue. Overall, this was a pretty good APWA that I would have again.

12oz bottle. Poured a golden color with an averaged sized head. Honey some citrus and some wheat. I would say all on the subtle and somewhat thin side.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle from AirForceHops poured into a weizen glass. Hazy golden with small/medium white head. Aroma is nice chamomile, medium/light body, medium carbonation, and pretty good small-bubble lacing. Taste is chamomile, wheat, and some honey. Not bad.

Golden hazy color, great ester aroma with hints of bubblegum and honey. Unfinished sweet taste the clings in your mouth and makes this undrinkable with anything but the sweetest dessert.

Appearance: deeply hazed golden orange, with a good finger of creamy white head and decent lacing. Aroma: bright citrus (lemon zest and orange juice) and honey smacks. Taste: citrus (lemon) with some herbal tea notes (chamomile?), clear shades of flowery honey, and a surprisingly warm cinnamon undertone. Finish: smooth and slightly creamy, with light prickles of carbonation; a little heavy for the style. Notes: Liked almost everything about this, except for the slight herbal/cinnamon note, which kept the beer from feeling as refreshing and bright as I’d hoped for. A tad oversweet as well. Good palate, nice aroma. Just too heavy for a spring-oriented wheat beer. Bottle from Total Wine & More, Fairfax, Virginia (Pickett Center).

Easily one of the best wheats I’ve come across! Very good cloudy orange pour filled w/ sediment that has a nice white head that leaves a circle of lacing. The honey stands out in the aroma! The taste is clean w/ that hint of honey really adding to the flavor! Both refreshing & surprisingly tasty! I’m pleasantly surprised!

Too sweet, dull flavors and watery body. Not very refreshing at all. Not what I’m looking for in a beer.

Transfer from BA review on 10-8-12- Poured from can into pint glass Appearance – The beer pours from the can as a lightly hazed golden orange color with a one finger white head. The head fades very fast to give only a tiny level of lacing. Smell – The aroma is heaviest of wheat and sour lemon. Mixed with these aromas are some lighter notes of yeast and a malty smell. Taste – The taste starts out of wheat and malt and is quite lemony. The lemon taste gets even stronger as the taste moves on. As the taste moves on with the lemon increasing in the flavor becomes more and more tart. In the end a rather mouth-puckering lemon and wheat flavor are left to linger on the tongue. Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is on the light side with a carbonation level that is on the slightly above average side. Good for the style as it balances out some of the tart flavors by not allowing them overpower the tongue but yet the feel yields to a more refreshing feel. Overall – A bit on the tart side for me, but that is to be expected for the style. Not a bad flavor profile and rather refreshing.
