Pours amber gold with a frothy white head. Smells sweet, spicy and of floral hops. Malty flavor mixes with hoppy finish. The aftertaste is slightly bitter. The beer was smooth but a little watered down.

12oz bottle-pours a creamy light tan head with amber color. Aroma is malty, secondary hops. Taste is malty, creamy, caramel-but not sweet. Good hops, transitions to a flat taste at finish.

Pours dark golden with a short lasting off white head. The aroma had hints of floral hops, casade hops, caramel and honey. Taste was smooth but not as flavorful as I would have liked. Good beer though.

This is a pretty decent pale ale. I tried it becauser it’s organic, and liked it better than Fish Tale. It’s light and refreshing but stops just short of tasting watered down.

Aroma of roasted malts and sweet caramel. Not much hoppiness: flavors of toasted grain. Fizzy carbonation but with fairly thin body. Not a great pale ale, but decent.

In the bottle. Pours a light amber/dark gold with a medium white head. Interesting malty-honey aroma. Flavor has a medium hoppiness, but overall seems pretty mild with only a subtle hop finish. Not nearly as good as the Wolavers IPA.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a clear amber with a moderate creamy head that lasted through the entire glass. Pleasant malt aroma along with some light citrus. Less malt present in the flavor, which was more dominated by the hops. Bitter, dry aftertaste that lasted five to ten seconds after the swallow. An interesting and good interpretation of the style.
