A- Transparent pale amber body with thick foamy white head. Great head retention and leaves behind plenty of lacing in the glass.
S- Biscuty malt and earthy hops.
T- Citrus hops upfront with biscuty malt backbone. Finish is a balance between earthy hops and biscuty malt. Strong bitter aftertaste lingers.
P- Medium to high carbonation with smooth creamy body. This would make a great cask ale.
O- Good interpretation of an APA but just not an APA for me. I probably won’t have this again but it was nice to get to try it. Definately worth a try.
