COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This perfectly balanced pale ale has a rich, malty taste and crisp, dry hoppy finish; marrying a blend of Cascade, Cluster and Hallertauer hops with Harrington specialty malt. For those who simply love great beer, Wolaver's rich taste, body and character make it a delicious choice. Certified organic.

Orangeish-brown color, decent head. Malt profile is a bit sharp, citrus and some hops in the finish. A decent, drinkable APA.

Much better than the IPA, this has a slight bite to it that is followed by a grapefruit/grass finish. (Guess the latter is the organic part.) Not a bad brew, but not one I would consider for a sixer purchase.

Mild grapefruit hop nose. Fairly clear, amber-tan with thin off-white head that recedes to cover. Toasted malts blend nicely with grapefruit/orange-citrus hop flavour with decent finishing bitterness. Light medium body is fairly simple in the mouth despite the fair carbonation. I’m surprised I haven’t rated this before now. Bottle.

Milky and resiny tasting. Roasted peanut afterglow. Slight motor-oil huff. Hrmph. Not the flavors I usually appreciate most in the pale ales.

Certified Organic. Certified Decent. This is an ok beer and if organic is your thing, then this is a good beer for you to pick up a sixpack or two. Other than that, other beers have the same taste and "quality".

Amber color smallish head. Intense caramel aroma. The maltiness percieved in the aroma failed to show in the flavor. Mild hop in the finish. Big promises that weren’t fully realized, but still an enjoyable brew.

Bottle foamed over when I opened it. Amber pour with a very soapy looking but creamy textured head. Interesting. Went down real easy with a clean, crisp, refreshing texture. A very drinkable and enjoyable pale ale.

Nice clear and light amber coloring with a large head. Aroma is rich like a vanilla shake with slight notes of tangerines. The taste is orange peel with notes of grapefruit. I also find some burnt toast in here. A little unbalanced, unlike what the label says. However, it is still pretty good for a relatively strong APA.
