Ok just after the beer pours it looks pretty darn good..nice dark hazy orange colour with a nice sized off white head..the head goes very quickly but leaves a ring of lace.
Smell is nice a and fresh and lemony ,hoppy.
MM actually not a bad taste theres actually some roasted malts in here to to go along with pleasant hop bitterness, slight buttery taste below all this.
Ok but kinda thin and watery on the palate.
All in all a rather drinkable Organic Pale..well done. argo0 (6890), Washington DC, USA

Taste is medium sweet floral, light caramel. Light-medium body. Decent but pretty one-dimensional. lemonlovr (187), Lockport, Illinois, USA

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Oct 24, 2003 Smells like grass mixed with cascade hops, along with tobacco, pine and scotch. Taste resembles hay and a rubber tire, as well as cabbage and other vegetables. hmm.. whaleman (2171), North Wales, Pennsylvania, USA

Smells like a brewery and I like that. Fresh aroma of fruity malt, flowers, citrus, and butter. Very fresh tasting and nicely balanced. Interesting ratings disparity for this one. A good beer in my book. BückDich (4830), McCall, Idaho, USA

Musky, earthy hops, some malt and some bitter hop and alcohol in the nose. More malt in the flavor, along with floral and bitter hops in the finish. Fairly malty body, earthy palate and a dry, bitter finish. Not the greatest pale, but can't complain. happy4hops (369), Bel Air, Maryland, USA
