COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This perfectly balanced pale ale has a rich, malty taste and crisp, dry hoppy finish; marrying a blend of Cascade, Cluster and Hallertauer hops with Harrington specialty malt. For those who simply love great beer, Wolaver's rich taste, body and character make it a delicious choice. Certified organic.

Light orange in color with very nicely retained creamy off white colored head. Aroma is citrusy, mainly orange and that all. Flavor is nicely hoppy with a nice shot of orange juice. Pretty one dimensional, but one dimensionally good. Fairly impressive.

I really like that it is organic. The alcohol is a little too present though. The hoppy aftertaste is also too strong, even for a pale ale. But it is better than average, and has a nice mouth feel and texture.

12oz Bottle: Aroma of hops, malts, and a bit of citrus. Orange/copper in color with small lasting white head and good lacing. Flavor of malts and then hops. Fresh tasting. Easy to drink. Great dry finish. Overall, the best beer I’ve had from Wolaver’s.

Golden, mild pine bitter hops linger throughout the finish. Not much in the aroma though.

Nice amber body with a small, almost non-existent tanned head. Crisp hoppy aroma with some underlying sweetness. The taste is almost pure hops but is not overly bitter or overdone. Sort of citric with a malt blend. Hint of peanuts as well. Mouthfeel is slick but bitter. Finish is indeed on the bitter side as well. Average pale ale.

Light copper in color with a small white head. Toasted /roasted malt aroma with a spicy/earthy hop character. Malty flavor with a bitter, dry finish.

Amber in colour with a creamy head depositing a thick sheet of lace. Aroma is malted with a touch of hop crispness. Flavour is lightly sweet at first then dry and acidic. Good but far from great.

Amber color with a thin, whit head. Malty, floral aroma. Flavor has some nice, mellow malt, a little citrus, and a mild hop bite in the finish. Feels fairly rich for an Otter Creek brew, but still not great. One of Otter Creek's better beers, but, as always, it pales in comparison to many other beers.
