Amber with a solid ecru head. Earthy hops, a touch of light orange citrus and a mild caramel background in the aroma. Light thin feel. Light malt and a layed back hops. A touch acidic in the finish. A rather average american pale.

UPDATED: MAR 22, 2006 Very fruity sweet smell... smells kinda like watermelon. Smooth hop start that gradually tastes hoppier then gradually diappears leaving an enjoyable sweet aftertaste. It’s much better than I remembered.

darn good, average or better Pale Ale. The pricing here is near import level, so unless it's on sale it's competeing with many others. Does have a quality that I can't quite put my finger on. bready with a good bitter riding over it. Nice

UPDATED: JUN 3, 2004 Batch #1429 09/30/03 drank on 01/31/04. Clear orange color with a thin white head. Light biscuit aroma, full bodied, ends slightly bitter. An interesting pale ale that is better than average.

Pale orange colour. The typical Otter Creek yeast aroma, with similar flavour. Bitter to start, but bad bitter, and a bit malty on the finish. middy.

UPDATED: JAN 25, 2004 Pours a light copper color with a small off white head and nice lacing. Nice caramel, floral, hop aroma. Bitter hop taste, grapefruit, melon (maybe watermelon?). Nice mouthfeel. This is one damn good beer, my favorite of the Wolaver line!

Nice, somewhat hazy pour to it out of the glass. Thin head, with a nice earthy, sweet aroma. Some hops as well! Kind of bitter taste, hoppy. Smooth palate, very drinkable. Pretty decent brew!!
