COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This perfectly balanced pale ale has a rich, malty taste and crisp, dry hoppy finish; marrying a blend of Cascade, Cluster and Hallertauer hops with Harrington specialty malt. For those who simply love great beer, Wolaver's rich taste, body and character make it a delicious choice. Certified organic.

Rather slight hoppy, citrus aroma, some pine and malt sweetness. Light golden amber color, with an uneven, slight but creamy head and respectable lacing. Flavor is decently balanced, having a fresh, flowery, fruity hoppiness and sweet, honey-caramel maltiness. Gently spicy, citrusy and clean finish. Palate is lightly creamy, body is light-medium. Makes for some easy drinkin'. So far the best of the Wolaver's line in my opinion, though that might not be saying much.

Comes in a 12 oz long neck..3 guys with scyths on the label, thats a good start, can remember my grandad using a scyth! Ok just after the beer pours it looks pretty darn good..nice dark hazy orange colour with a nice sized off white head..the head goes very quickly but leaves a ring of lace. Smell is nice a and fresh and lemony ,hoppy. MM actually not a bad taste theres actually some roasted malts in here to to go along with pleasant hop bitterness, slight buttery taste below all this. Ok but kinda thin and watery on the palate. All in all a rather drinkable Organic Pale..well done.

Hazy amber body with small off-white head. Aroma is medium sweet floral. Taste is medium sweet floral, light caramel. Light-medium body. Decent but pretty one-dimensional.

Aroma is hoppy with also a Scotch aroma and some grassiness. Appearance is a coppery amber. Flavor is vegetably and weird. Palate doesn't do much for me...disappointing.

Smells like grass mixed with cascade hops, along with tobacco, pine and scotch. Taste resembles hay and a rubber tire, as well as cabbage and other vegetables. hmm..

UPDATED: SEP 25, 2005 Clear golden-orange body and soft white head. Smells like a brewery and I like that. Fresh aroma of fruity malt, flowers, citrus, and butter. Very fresh tasting and nicely balanced. Interesting ratings disparity for this one. A good beer in my book.

light musky hop aroma with a balanced malt background. flavor is blah with blah blah blah. I'd like to quote oakes here: "cookie cutter beers deserve cookie cutter ratings"

UPDATED: FEB 17, 2004 Pours a nice amber with small white head and some lacing. Musky, earthy hops, some malt and some bitter hop and alcohol in the nose. More malt in the flavor, along with floral and bitter hops in the finish. Fairly malty body, earthy palate and a dry, bitter finish. Not the greatest pale, but can't complain.
