Surprisingly good APA and organic at that. Nice hops and complexity in the nose and good medium finish.

Deep dark reddish brown with a nice thick head, a beautiful beer. Nose is mostly hops, slightly citric and a bit grassy. A very clean taste, but a bit watery in the middle, big hops at the end. Dreadlocked, stinky hippies rejoice the organic effort.

A darker pale ale. Thick malts well balanced with the bright, lightly citrus hops. lingering finish.

Light, hoppy aroma. Small white head, quickly diminishing. Initial taste was moderately bitter with a light sweet overtone which disappeared in the latter half of the swallow. Long bitter finish. I prefered this one over the Wolavers IPA.

On first pour, comes out of the bottle looking very golden, with no head, almost lied a cider would pour. The first aroma smells like an american standard would, so I am skeptical from step one. The taste is very dfferent from any other pale I have ever tried. It has a very burnt slightly bitter flavor to it. It was very easy to drink but not something that I would want to pick up again.

Clear, amber colored, thin white head and lace. Nose of subtle fruity malt, floral and grassy hops. Quite inviting. Just about medium bodied, caramel malt sweetness gives way to a moderate slap of cascades and spicy hallertau's. A tasty APA.

Pale golden amber body topped with a medium thick white head with lots of lace. Not a real strong aroma, but sweet and hoppy with citrusy notes. Sweet fruity(citrus and berries or maybee sour apple)hop flavor with a hoppy woddy finish. Relatively smooth, light to medium bodied with some dryness.

Light amber colour, with a very small amount of head. Bright hoppy smell, just like an APA should! A medium-bodied beer with a fantastic hoppy taste which hits right in the middle....initially its soft and subtle, but then it hits...and then it fades away so gently! A great overall beer :)
