Decent Pale Ale, but one of the better organic beers I’ve had. Pours a copper color with a medium off-white head. Good lacing along the glass. Nice mixture of malts and hops with a decent bitterness in the finish.

Good organic pale ale. Pours a hazy light brown with small white head. Great hop flavor in the middle and bitter bite on the end. Really good refreshing session beer.

12oz bottle from Willow Bend Liquors (Tampa, FL). Pours a hazy dark caramel to amber color with a two finger fluffy white head that settles slowly and laces the glass. Aroma is sweet and floral with notes of honey, citrus, caramel, malt and some light spice. Flavor is sweet and floral as well with a nice balanced malt - hop presence. Some light notes of caramel, honey and spice. Generally light body with a pleasing malt finish.

Bottle. This was one of the first organics I tried. Unfortunately I was not impressed and it scared me away from trying other organics for a time. Something just seemed off about it. Could have been a damaged sample but I have yet to retry it.

12 oz. bottle from Total Wine in Jacksonville, FL. Bottle is marked with yellow ink with a brewed on date of 09 02 08. Either that or it is the expiration date. Nonetheless...the beer pours a nice amber color with a very thin tan head. Aroma is a very light citrus with a touch of grass. Taste is very earthy, some hops and a touch of bitterness on the finish. A rather decent beer.
