Bottle, bottled 4/28/08. Aroma of some odd heavy/earthy fruits, a bit peppery. Flavor is pretty sweet with only a weak, bland bitterness. Malt-based without much character in the malt even. Bland.

Bottle (bottled 4/28/2008). Pours a clear brown with a small tan head. Aroma of cheap wine, some fruits. However, the aroma actually reminded me of Budweiser piss...Flavor is fruity, with a sharp initial bite of carbonation, flowery hops, apple juice. Ok, but kind of weird and blandish.

12 oz bottle from Holliday Wine Cellar: Clear golden-amber color with a small, fast fasding off-white head. Aroma is fruity caramel. Flavor starts caramel sweet followed by some crisp citrus and a light dry grapefruit bitter finish. Medium body is smooth with lively carbonation.

An amber beer wtih no head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel, while the flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and grass as well as lighter notes of grapefruit.

12 oz. Clear darkish tea color with a small but lasting head that leaves some soapy lace. Slight spicy citrus aroma. Flavor is toasted nut, orange spiced tea, molasses, grain, and earthy resin. Light-medium body is mostly smooth with a slight tongue tingle and a dryish finish.

Pours a semi-cloudy amber colour with a full white head. Very clean and refreshing beer. Well balanced, soft, but noticeably floral hops aroma. Not a lot of bitterness in the mouthfeel. Decent amount of flavors in the finish.

UPDATED: SEP 4, 2008 Amber, nice head, good lacings, well balanced APA. One point extra for organic. Good brew. Very good all-around APA. Not a hop bomb, well balanced. Some crispness which I expect in this style.
