Jul 5, 2007 Six pack purchased @ AJ’s Sports bar. Pours Hazy copper with a small off-white head. Aroma of citrus, floral hops, and caramel malts. the flavor is sweet caramel, citrus, and a mild-moderate hoppy character. Not bad.

Jun 22, 2007 Tea and yeast aroma. Golden color, thin orangish head. Orange peel taste with faint traces of yeast. Grassy finish. Rather simple and at times tastes more like hop flavored seltzer than beer.

Jun 9, 2007 Bright light amber colour. Lightly toasty flavour - it’s organic, after all. Thin body. Hints of crackerlike malt, bland hops. Serviceable beverage but very typical of the blandness evidenced in much of the body of organic beer.

May 21, 2007 Rated 6/14/06: Eh, comes to mind a little off the mark with this ale. Bottled approximately two months ago so it’s fresh. Pours a clear burnt copper color. Huge fluffy head accompanied by a boat load of thick lacing. Carbonation is good, overall the beer looks very nice. Aroma is pleasant and hop dominant, hard to pick up a malt presence with the overpowering hop scents. Mouthfeel is sticky and dry rather unpleasant finish, just too sticky. Flavor is unbalanced and bitter. The hops are either overdone or don’t blend well. The malt is very weak. Overpriced for what is presented Appearance is the best attribute.

May 9, 2007 Not a bad pale, better then their IPA and more hops. This has a nice citrus and grassy hop nose, slight grapefruit notes build in the finish. Toasty bready malts balance it out well.

Apr 26, 2007 A decent beer, with decent flavor, but there’s definitely a soapy taste to it as well. Hoppy, but the soapy flavor put me off a bit.

Apr 1, 2007 This bottled brew from a bottle shop was bottled on 11/29/05 lot 1826 and poured a medium sized head of foamy fine to medium sized tan colored bubbles that were and left behind a very hazy dark orange brown colored body and an excellent lacing. The mild aroma was caramel malt and malt hop. The semi-flat mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and at the finish. The flavor contained notes of malt hops and dough. A decent one but not one that I would consider buying again.

Mar 22, 2007 Bottle from Jungle Jims, Cincy. Pours deep amber with a medium white head that was mostly lasting and produced fair lacing. Good hoppy citrus aroma. Medium body. Medium balanced hoppy flavor with a smooth bittersweet finish of medium duration.
