Very hoppy indeed, which I notice is common in the organic beers. Good with Thai food.

WOW, this was awesome! Pours a clear dark, almost amber yellow with cream head. Has a malty aroma. Medium body taste with the perfect blend of hops and malt. Finishes wet and smooth. Usually I expect a bit more hoppiness from a pale ale, but I was pleasantly suprised. Love it. I think I’ll have another!

My favorite beer by this fine brewery. Very hoppy and snappy with a great bite in the finish. They should maybe call this IPA.
