Sep 6, 2003 Has a cloudy brown appearance, hoppy aroma, little to no head, and a nice mildly hoppy taste. I'd drink it again, but it's not quite one of my favorites.

Oct 20, 2003 Updated: Feb 17, 2004Pours a nice amber with small white head and some lacing. Musky, earthy hops, some malt and some bitter hop and alcohol in the nose. More malt in the flavor, along with floral and bitter hops in the finish. Fairly malty body, earthy palate and a dry, bitter finish. Not the greatest pale, but can't complain.

Sep 19, 2004 Bottle, from Julio’s. Bottled 1/9/04. Ok nose. Mealy/nutty/grapefruity. Kind of a cat chow scent. Clear brownish orange color. Small to no head,well a litttle ring would lingerfor a bit. Bitter sweet flavors. Carmel, grapefruit, burnt. Thinner body, kinda creamy. dry bitter finish. It ok, easy drinking. I’d like to try a fresher bottle.

Feb 17, 2007 Bottled on 11/29/05, Lot #1826. Small ivory head that mostly diminished, sparse lacing, transparent, visible carbonation, and an orange hue. Nose was malty, caramel, somewhat sweet, and hops. Flavor was malty, caramel, mildly hoppy, some caramel, and thin. Mouthfeel was mildly tingly and thin. Light-medium body. Decent flavor, but not a whole lot going on here.

May 1, 2004 Amber in colour with a creamy head depositing a thick sheet of lace. Aroma is malted with a touch of hop crispness. Flavour is lightly sweet at first then dry and acidic. Good but far from great.

Sep 11, 2008 12oz bottle. Pours golden burnt orange with soapy off-white head. Aroma is malty and citrus hops. Flavor is hops, bready malts, citrus and touch of caramel. Mouthfeel is thick and malty but does have hop bitterness. Nothing special but far from the worst APA I have had.

Feb 1, 2009 Cloudy rust, medium tan lacy head. Aroma of caramel and citrus. Taste of sweet malt, caramel with some hop presence, but way too low for an APA. Chalky body finishes it off for the king champion of mediocrity.

Jul 20, 2008 Bottle (bottled 4/28/2008). Pours a clear brown with a small tan head. Aroma of cheap wine, some fruits. However, the aroma actually reminded me of Budweiser piss...Flavor is fruity, with a sharp initial bite of carbonation, flowery hops, apple juice. Ok, but kind of weird and blandish.
