Malty with an almost pear like note. Drinkable, but my socks remained on my feet.

Quite good, quite hoppy. A fine APA, in a crowded field of fine APAs. The lace on this bad boy will have to be sandblasted off my glass. Yummy stuff.

Pours an amber color with a small head. Nice hoppy aromas similar to the aromas found in an IPA but more subdued. Not bad.

Golden in color with a pleasant earthy aroma. Hoppy aftertaste. Would drink this organic pale ale again.

UPDATED: JUN 3, 2004 Batch #1429 09/30/03 drank on 01/31/04. Clear orange color with a thin white head. Light biscuit aroma, full bodied, ends slightly bitter. An interesting pale ale that is better than average.

Golden in color, very clear, with a rather decent white head. Nice floral aroma. Flavor was very hoppy, especially on the back end. Pretty good, although I am admittedly not much of an APA fan.

A darker pale ale. Thick malts well balanced with the bright, lightly citrus hops. lingering finish.

Brandon, FL. - Kingdom Liquors - 12 oz bottle. Dark copper pour, nice thick white head. Brief, sprucey aroma with hints of caramel - could be a tad more pronounced. Flavor has hints of mint, some caramel sweetness, subtle citrus notes and an excellent underlying bitterness that screams out session material. Thickish mouthfeel, nice texture.
