A golden amber ale with well balanced malts and hops and mildly spiced. Brewed with organic pumpkins grown by Local Vermont Farmers less than 15 miles away from our brewery.

Pours a hazy orange with a light ring of foam. Like a good many pumpkin ales, the spices are evident as soon as the cap is popped. Unfortunately this has a vague septic or rotten aroma to accompany. Muddled squash. Tastes of bland cafeteria-spices, vegetal dry finish with an odd note of incense. Good carbonation, thin body, pinched finish. An odd pumpkin beer, definitely bold in taste but a bit vegetal and dry. Points for effort! Thanks to jjpm74 for the trade!

12oz bottle-pours a rich light tan head and amber/orange color. Aroma is nutmeg, spice, medium malt, some fishy?/overripe pumpkin. Tate is nutmeg, over spiced medium malt, overripe pumpkin, citrus-lemon rind bitter, plastic, vinegar/sour. Drain pour. Thanks jwc215 for picking this out.

Poured an orange-caramel color with a large tan head. The aroma was sweet, spicy with notes of orange, nutmeg and cinnamon. The flavor was sweet spicy cinnamon and nutmeg with a hint of orange and a spicy dry finish. Full bodied. Very nice.

Bottle from jjpm74 Thanks Nice aroma of spice and some underlying sweetness clove etc Pours a orange amber tone The flavor is where it all goes wrong It is vegetal and bitter tart unpleasant with none of the nice spice that was in the nose After the tart vegetal aspect comes a bitter earthy finish The flavor is acrid and bad really The nose was nice and I wish the flavor would have followed through

12 ounce bottle from Glenville beverage. Pours an orange color. Appropriate considering, Anyway, smells immediately of pumpkin spice. Taste is bitter. That disappointed me. I really wanted to like this one. Oh well.

Bottle. Sharp nutmeg, cinnamon, and copper aroma with a tart undertone. Cloudy orange-amber with a thin head. Intensely bad flavor. Copper and spice. Harsh and near undrinkable.

Nice aroma. Pours orangey of course. Lots of spice. I rather liked it but for some reason I just like all pumpkin ales.

Bottle poured a hazy orange with a small lasting amber head. Aromas of clove, allspice, carmel and pumpkin. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of carmel, allspice, cinnamon and light pumpkin with a smooth lingering spiced finish.

12 oz bottle. Bought a six pack at the local Shaw’s supermarket. Pours a pretty deep red orange color with a 1/2" white head. Huge spice nose with a fairly heavy palate. Strong flavors of cinnamon, nutmeg and some pumpkin. Much heavier than some other pumpkin ales I’ve had. Pretty good, just wouldn’t want a lot of them.

Huge aroma: earth, grass, spices, especially nutmeg and allspice. Hazy amber orange, significant yellow-beige head leaves abundant lace. Initially bittersweet, grass and pumpkin, then turning towards tart orange juice with significant earthiness. The spices come to the fore in a lingering finish. Creamy on the front, clean in the finish, very quaffable.
