2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
355mL thanks to Travlr. Pours chill haze deep amber. Weaker white head. Scant lace. Nose is malty, a bit stale, squashy, weak pumpkin, apple juice, some spice. Taste is nutmeg/pumpkin pie spice, buttery crust, moving to a lot of lemon tea and soap. Palate is dish water and chalk. My rating: 2.7 Fiance rating: 3.4

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
To steal a line from the previous review, it’s a "pumpkin" ale for people who really don’t like pumpkin ale. It’s a decent enough beer but the spices are quite subtle and the pumpkin almost missing.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pretty copper color, slightly clouded, with medium head.
Aroma is limited to gourd, grass, bread. Flavor follows suit plus mild spice, mainly clove, but the overwhelming impression is simply ale: grass, bread and a very slight nod to pumpkin.
This is a beer that seems proficiently made, with GABF criteria in mind rather than as a specialty brew. It’s a "pumpkin" ale for people who really don’t like pumpkin ale. Unobjectionable, but why buy it?

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from Winooski Beverage Warehouse. Aroma: pumpkins, clove, cinnamon. App: clear copper, minimal head. Taste and palate: light to medium body, minimal carbonation, light sweetness. Overall: pretty average. Nothing special in there and clove can be a little too much.

Tasted at a beer tasting. Good organic beer cloudy dark orange color. Think tasting. Not bad for pumpkin and organic.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from Total Wines. A fairly run of the mill pumpkin ale, red in colour, hazy and sweet, with a touch of spice in the finish. Fine.

Watery pumkin ale that enjoyable but not overly exciting. Probably good for those that are easily overwhelmed by the spices.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
12 oz bottle. Light amber pour, slightly cloudy with a medium off white fizzy head. Aroma of pumpkin pie, bread and sweet sugar. Very drinkable, not sure why the rating is so low, this is delicious and not overly sweet or spiced as many of the style tend to do.
