My favorite beer from the Otter Creek Brewery. This is a nice Belgian beer, and ORGANIC to boot. I want beer not chemicals.

UPDATED: JUN 10, 2004 (Bottled on 5/13/04) The nose is bright with orange peel, yeast, coriander, and a touch of malt. The palate is smooth clean and refreshing. The spice levels are completely balanced with all other aspects of the beer. This beer is Wolaver’s best beer in my opinion.

Okay, if have had a whitbier before this than you KNOW THAT THIS IS GREAT compared to what else is out there. This beer is sooo under rated it is making me sick. By far, hands down the best whitbier that I have ever had. The nose is sweet with wheat and kind of suggar from the orange that is there. The taste is clean sharp and fufilling. Grapefruit slightly in the hoppyness that is kinda sorta there but the wheat has this orange skin feel to it but in a very subtle way. Maybe there is some suggar in here? Great stuff!

bottle, In the Wit style, this is one of the best I have tryed. it is a fresh clean taste with an awsome coriander aftertaste thats really refreshing in the summer. The color and the taste was a little too light at first but once i got a hit of that coriander spice i really fell for it.

UPDATED: DEC 26, 2007 I have not been impressed with the beers from this company. This was the first time I have had this one from them though. Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a cloudy pale yellow with a very small white head that fades very quickly. The aroma is dry spices and citrus. The flavor is surprisingly dry with moderate dry citrus and strong dry spices. There is a bit of vague graininess on the finish. This beer really did get much better after being let warm up a bit.

12 oz bottle. Yellow color, only slightly hazy. Aromas include orange, coriander, and yeast with a touch of caramel. Dry and tart. Orange and yeast at the end. Pretty good.

Coriander and slight amount of citrus in the aroma. Cloudy golden color with some white foam. Clean crisp beginning with a mild tangy finish. Good carbonation in the middle. Light palate sticks with after the finish.
