Bottle. A more or less clear one, pale golden in color and with a small, dense, white head. The aroma is quite citrusy, lemon and lime, with some pale malts in the back. Pine cones too. Itís quite dry on the palate, with a soft carbonation, medium body. Pale malts in the back of the flavor, with citrusy, piney flavors up front. Decent bitterness too. Lasting citrusy, piney finish. Easy drinkable and quite tasteful this one, session style. 140808

Flavours were fruitiness, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and bitter. A quite poor English pale ale.

Bottle from Millets Farm Store. I thought I bought a bottle from the brewery Against the Grain but I didnít check the bottle very closely. Considering itís a gluten free beer it is refreshing and easy to drink. Would work well on a hot summer day. But it also lacks something that would make it more interesting. Some brittish aroma hops would have been nice. The maltbase and hops makes me think of a pale lager but with another yeast.
