1.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20
Light straw colored pour. Almost waterish looking, with just a bit of color. White head is slim but leaves a surprising amount of lacing. Roasted corn and burnt rubber aroma. Watery roasted corn husk flavor. Not much else. A real letdown.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
500ml bottle. Very hazy and murky looking in the glass with an apricot skin colour and an even layer of tightly packed white foam. There is a strong malty aroma with mild bitterness in the flavour, which is not really that great. In the mouth it is quite light and thin and there is a harsh almost tart aftertaste that stains the palate. While not a big fan of gluten free beers I understand that there is a need and a market out there for them and I applaud brewers for brewing these beers.

Bottle. Pale gold with a thin white foam. Aromas are caramel and light citrus with lychee and melon. Clean on the nose with a light oakiness. Flavours are light grapefruit and melon with hints of pine. Clean and refreshing with a decent bitter finish with underlying caramel sweetness. A very good gluten free beer.
