Bottle. Bright golden yellow with an average white head. Low aroma of buckwheat and orchard fruits. Clean grainy palate with a lovely fruitiness (fresh pear, light lemon) leading into a moderately bitter finish. Nice malts here, don’t know how they pulled it off, but they managed to avoid the usual gluten-free fiasco of apple juice and rice water. As a gluten free product this was excellent; perhaps more importantly, as a eer on its own terms this was very tasty as well. If I became celiac, I could drink this without feeling deprived.

Dorata limpida, schiuma bianca poco persistente. Lieve aroma di chiodi di garofano misto ad erbaceo. Al palato malto d'orzo e leggero citrico, corpo leggero, carbonatazione medio-bassa; slegata e poco entusiasmante.

There is a minor hint of citrus in there and its soft mouthfeel enabled me to finish this beer. Overall it is a disaster though, it has the smell and flavour of fresh newspapers mixed with low budget washing powder.

Fruits, grass and citrus in the aroma. Yellow with a white head. Medium sweet and medium bitter. Light to medium body with a average carbonation. Overall not bad, quite close to a proper bitter.

A nice, cloudy, yellow beer with a firm layer of foam. It has a nice fresh, sour aroma from citrus fruits, and the bitterness of hop. The sweet/sour bit moves on into the taste, but the bitterness also comes in a moment later. A nice, subtile bitter aftertaste which hangs on for quite a while.

Crystal clear. Very pale straw blond colour. Aroma has some citrus and floral tones. Mild tasting. Light citrus. A dry finish. Lacking in depth and complexity.

Taste of hops with a mix of floral and fruit tinges. Has a medium body, taste sticks in your mouth a bit. Grassy, nice, would drink again.
