The ultimate catch, a refreshing golden pale ale with a fruity bitterness & lingering aftertaste. Certainly a beer to help create those one that got away stories!
Brewed with Wold grown malts and hopped with the fruity Cascade and Goldings hops.

A nice crisp light ale. Very refreshing with just the right amount of amber malts to balance the good dose of Cascade hops. Light bodied, very drinkable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

BBE 04-2016. Kullanvärinen, kohtuu vaahdoton ja hapoton lager. Raikkaahko pommac-mainen aromi. Suutuntuma samettisen pommacmainen, maltainen runko, snadi katkeruus, hedelmäisä. Hyvää kamaa.

Appearance: clear medium gold with a short eggshell head diminishing rapidly to a thin skim, spotty lacing. (3/5) Aroma: grassy, herbal/dank, honey, light stone fruit. (6/10) Taste: moderate-low sweet, moderate bitter. (6/10) Palate: light body, moderate carbonation, dry bitter finish. (3/5) I might be rating this slightly low, actually. It’s certainly quite drinkable, and the low sweetness and dry finish make it definitely more-ish. On the whole, the hops are fairly typical for English ales, with the Goldings dominating, but the Cascade certainly comes through a the back, giving it a little dank-ish West Coast flourish. (12/20)

500 ml bottle, from Matkroken Stokka. BBE 07.2014. ABV is 4%. Clear golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of malts and dust, a hint of ripe yellow fruits. Grainy and fairly dry flavour, just a faint hint of fruity hops, "dusty" Goldings hops in the finish. Rather boring.
