COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Strong and well hopped for the voyage sending IPA from the Wolds to the World. Interestingly brewed with a pale Wold grown malt base, a triple hop blend and Maize for the head retention. Such triple hopped beers need hot full flavoured foods to accompany them!

Bottle shared at the Cotteridge Convention - 2016 edition. Pours clear gold with a foamy, white head. The nose holds bread, hay and light citrus. Medium sweet flavour with some sugary pale bread, low bitterness, mellow citrus, white bread. Medium bodied and finely carbonated. Finishes with more sugary, bready pale malts, hints of ripe citrus, straw. Drinkable stuff.

UPDATED: MAR 6, 2016 Keg at The Roebuck, Leek (Titanic) A clear deep golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma of toasted malts, some biscuit, a little grapefruit, subtle banana and grassy hops. Taste is similar of toasted malts, some grapefruit, slight biscuit, subtle resin and grassy hops. Light bodied and moderate carbonation. A dry, toasted, slightly herbal, grassy hop bitterness in the finish. The textures quite lager like but it’s refreshing and easy drinking with a decent bitterness.

Clear golden colour. Floral aroma. Quite a herbal taste. There’s almost some funky Brett yeast in there too. Complex.

Bottle from Shambles Tavern in York. Golden with a decent head and carbonation about right. Toast and lemon curd on nose and taste. Nice balanced and tasty ale.

500ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish golden colour with small to average, thick, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grassy hoppy aroma, a touch of hay, hints of lemon biscuit. Taste is moderately sweet, biscuity malty, hoppy overtones with a lemon note, hints of lemon biscuit, a touch of balm, moderate hop bitterness. Pronounced, IPA-suitable maltiness.

Zapach, ledwie się unosi. Początkowo czuć lekkie owoce, ale szybko znikają i pozostaje mocna goryczka, taka bardziej grapefruitowa niż chmielowa. Ziemista na finiszu. W porównaniu do naszych, polskich craftów, wodniste.

Piwo złote, klarowne. Piana obfita, drobnopęcherzykowa, jednak szybko opada do obrączki. Lepi szkło. W zapachu delikatne cytrusy i niestety wyraźny aceton. W smaku wyraźna goryczka. Lekko zalegająca. Wysycenie średnie. Wytrawne, by nie powiedzieć wodniste.
