COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Strong and well hopped for the voyage sending IPA from the Wolds to the World. Interestingly brewed with a pale Wold grown malt base, a triple hop blend and Maize for the head retention. Such triple hopped beers need hot full flavoured foods to accompany them!

500ml bottle. Pours deep golden with thin head. Malty and fruity aroma. Apricot and grapefruit, a good amount of malt but not too heavy, plenty of hops and a long, sharp, bitter finish. Definitely one I wouldn’t mind drinking again.

50cl bottle at home from beerritz, uk. Body is clear pale, head is small, off-white, mostly diminishing, good lacing. Nose is slightly malty, flavor is first simple lagerish, then light grapefruit, spices, malt, orange peel. Medium sweet, medium bitter. Finish is quite long lasting hoppy medium to heavy bitter, light sweet, slightly salty. Medium body, dry texture, average carbonation. Easy, refreshing.

Bottled. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white head, which lasts for quite a bit. Aroma is citrus, some bready notes, mild maizelike notes as well as some slight herbal and grassy notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, grassy, hebral and some mild bready malts to it. Quite mellow bitterness in the beer.

Bottle from Booths, Media City. Golden with a small head. Has a strength but it’s certainly not as dominant as its crisp tropical fruit taste. There’s plenty of aroma here too.

Pleasant nettley hop aroma. Nice sweet malts, and decent bitterness, Fruity. One of the best gluten free beers I’ve had. Not saying 6%. Very decent bottled bitter.

(Bottle, 0.5 l - BB 01/16, at Angleterre, 20150426) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was small and white. Aroma had fruitiness, mild herbalness and a hint of malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, sweetness, fruitiness and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, hoppy and bitter. A tasty hoppy pale ale but too sweet.
