A nice refreshing ale. Golden caramel colour, accompanied by a light toffee spiciness. Decent lasting head. One that I will get again. I tried a bottled 500ML version.

Cask at Water House (Wetherspoon’s), Durham. £1.99 Very pale colour and dry taste belying surprisingly thick mouthfeel. Malty, biscuit notes. Wouldn’t want more than a couple but quite impressed.

MrBlueSky93 (400) - Sutton Coldfield, Staffordshire, ENGLAND - FEB 22, 2015
Bottle from Bier Huis. Pours golden, single finger white head. Aroma of grass, light malts, some sweetness. Very thin. Taste of initial sweet malt, caramel, light biscuit then we have some rather unpleasant farmyard taste, light bitter finish too. Poor
