It’s yellow-golden with a creamy, white head. The aroma has notes of dusty straw, hay, flower and malt. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes just like the aroma, and the finish is dry.

Clear medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, sweet malt, fruity malt, light to moderate hoppy, grass, fruity hops. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, grassy hops, fruity hops, fresh. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121228]

Bottled, from biershop-bayern.de Clear bright golden, mid sized head. Distinct grassy spicy hops aroma. Dry and salty, slender bodied with solid mouthfeel. Crisp salty bread, really bitter finish. Refreshing, but not that refined.
