Nov 27, 2009 The Bell Inn, Banbury. Honey amber under a white slick. Lemon and woodsy hop aroma with a puff of sulphur. Filmy slick and orange-accented with digestive biscuit and lemony notes. Same background Beef Monster Munch creaminess asThe Wolf. Very suppable English refreshment with a scattering of US hoppage. Good.

Aug 11, 2009 Cask@GBBF2009. Golden colour, small white creamy head. Aroma is caramel malts, some fruity and earthy notes as well. Flavour is fruits, some floral hops as well as mild grassy notes.

Jul 4, 2009 Cask - The Vine, Norwich. Clear, dark gold with a dense, medium head leaving a thick white lacing. Light malt aromas on the nose with citric hops. Sweet initial biscuity malt flavours leading to a lingering herby, grassy hop bitterness. Medium, soft mouthfeel with low carbonation. Refreshing and very sessionable.

Jun 1, 2009 A bright little summer ale with light grassy hop aromas along with a good hit of lemon. Quite citric again in the mouth, very zingy, fresh and drinkable. It’s not hugely interesting but very sunny and refreshing. The carbonation numbs my tongue out somewhat but all around it is a sweet little number.
