Sep 16, 2005 Bottle. Amber beer with an active head due to the bottle conditioning. The aroma is spicey and dry and the flavour is very dry and slightly sour. Overall a reasonable pale bitter.

Jul 25, 2005 Bottle. Lightly hazy golden colour with a huge white head. Fresh hoppy aroma. Nice hoppy bitter flavour with a touch of grapefruit; very crisp and refreshing. Nice, I’d like to try it from cask.

Mar 4, 2005 Dark golden ale with a thin off-white head. Light malts with pleasant fresh hoppy notes. Good malt with a nice discreet hops in final, and nice alcohol warmth. Medium bodied. Good recommendation from the landlord.
