Nov 12, 2007 Draught at All Colorado Beer Festival. Pours clear amber with an average, rocky, off-white head, lasting with fair lacing. Aroma is average malt (bread, toasted grain), average hops (flowers, perfume, pine), average yeast (dough, sweat) with notes of pear and apple. Medium bodied, sticky texture, average carbonation, and a bitter finish. Average duration, light sweetness, moderate acidity and bitterness.
