Wolf Rock Paymaster Pilsner

Draught at the brewpub. Clear golden colour with a medium foamy white head. Moderate lacing. Faint aroma of grain and grass with a little yeast and hops in the finish. Average pils flavour with a clean finish.

Draught at All Colorado Beer Festival. Pours clear yellow with a large, frothy, white head, lasting with good lacing. Aroma is average malt (grain, straw, meal), average hops (herbs, grass), average yeast (sweat, earth) with notes of corn. Light bodied, sticky texture, average carbonation, and a bitter finish. Average duration, light sweetness, moderate acidity and bitterness.
