from an english shop in a supermarket in Neuch‚tel - hazy dark blond beer with a moderate foam left; ripe fruits, corn, banana, some citrus in the nose; medium-bodied, some sweetness and tartness; quite dry corny and fruity finish - pretty elegant

[cask at Cloisters, Edinburgh] Extremely hazy orange amber colour, with a large white head. Aromas of musty yeast, bread crust and orange fruit. Less on the flavour, which promised a decent amount, but sadly ended in a muddle of yeasty wheat and orange cordial. That might be a bit harsh Ė itís a decent, drinkable wheat beer [03102012]

Light straw, bit hazy, thin white head
Aroma - faint, nothing really, slight sourness
Taste - sweet pale malts, touch of sourness, some cereal, bit of honey, not great
Palate - soft carb, thin to medium body, oily. Finish as main flavour, bit dry linger
Overall - Not great tbh

On cask at white swan, Stokesley. Pours pale yellow with a decent head. A slight lager hint with some fruit. Pretty bland for a wheat beer ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Idiosynkrasie (3748) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - JUN 12, 2012
500ml bottle. Clear golden colour with small fading frothy white head. Grainy and slightly strawy malt aroma, some bitter hop with a soapy touch. Slightly sweet caramel malty taste with a rudimentary honey touch, later some minimally floral bitter hop. Nice taste, but otherwise with deficiencies.

AKSalmon (74) - Norfolk, ENGLAND - JUN 8, 2012
UPDATED: JUN 9, 2012 Poured this one into an English pint it poured clear golden with a small white head that dissipated quickly. Itís aroma is strong with hops. Itís flavour is the same strong hops witha bitter finish. It is lightly carbonated when it flows across the palate. Overall it is not a bad beer, it would go well as a dinner beer.

Clear gold beer. Dry crispy palate. Mild lagerish malt with some repressed orange citrus. Quite lagerish. Not bad.
