May 31, 2008 Bottle (Danke, Jonas !): Almost clear, deep amber coloured, small, but very persistent off-white creamy layer; sweet-fruity (raisins) and wheaty (with a touch of caramalt) nose; moderate sweetish-bitter (!) flavour, quite light bodied; faint illusions of sourish coffee in the all in all drier fruity-wheaty finish. Drinkable.........

Jan 16, 2008 Bottle. Light clove nose. Cloudy golden brown, off-white greyish head. a bit roast and spice. Light body, a bit flat. Light necrotic retronasal.

Dec 10, 2005 Updated: Dec 19, 2005(bottle) Hazy chestnut colour with a mid-sized foamy tanned head. Yeasty and light banana fruity aroma with cloves. Mild wheat malty taste but fizzy carbonated, quite thin clovy and fruity finish. Incomplete and less than decent Dunkelweizen.
