Sep 4, 2008 (bottle) Clear, greenish golden colour with a small and diminishing frothy white head. Sweet grainy malt aroma with light herbal hops. Moderately sweet flavour with a light bitter edge, light to medium bodied, crispy on the tongue. Slightly strawy but most of all grainy taste, backed by herbal hops; moderately sweet and slightly bitter finish with a soft and lasting grainy aftertaste. Clean and rounded Helles (12.09.07).

Aug 31, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a white, creamy and huge head. Mild spiced and bitterhoppy aroma. Mild initial fruity flavour of citrus and oranges. Lasting impression that only seems to add some bitterness, yet there is a nice malt base beneath. Smooth fruity hops finish.

Apr 30, 2008 Draught at their outlet next to the brewery. Bready aroma. The flavour starts out strangely as if something is missing, but it is not the alcohol. Clear golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is mild, also bready in a pleasant rye-like way. Low bitterness. Very drinkable, but also a bit boring. Flawless, though.

Aug 28, 2007 Malty aroma. Clear golden color, frothy white head. Flavor is malty, medium sweet and light grainy. Light fruity notes and hints of nuts. Light notes of acid in the end, astringent, light bitter finish. I don’t like this kind of beers very much.
