Bottle: Orangey-amber coloured, cloudy plus some floaties,nearly no head, low carbonation; sweetish-fruity-grainy nose with a touch of toasted malt; light to moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, a bit oily; a tinge of yeasty tartness in the sweetish-bitter finish. Quite disappointing by franconian standards............

[bottle] Hazy, orange-amber colour with a fluffy, slightly off-white foamy head. Sweet and slightly yeasty cara-malty and slightly toasted aroma with nutty and biscuity notes and light but spicy hops, accompanied by very subtle fruity notes. Moderately sweet flavour, medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Cara-malty, slightly bready and yeasty taste with light nutty and herbal elements. Sweet-bitter, malt-accented, moderately toasted and slightly nutty finish with a faint hoppy touch. Another decent Wolfshöher beer [01.II.09].
