inbirraveritas (1216) - Budapest, HUNGARY - SEP 13, 2010
Bottle from "Sörspecialista", Bp. Clear, straw yellow colour with a medium and quickly diminishing and laceing head. Grassy, yeasty nose. Flavour’s mostly fruity, texture is slick. The malt based aroma is of grass, hay, cereals and yeast in the back. The nicely balanced finish is spicy, citric and dry, which remain in spicy aftertaste. Nice and pleasant overall.

Bottle, 4.9%. Nice malty and papery aroma. Pale yellow colour, does not seem quite clear. Sparkling. Fluffy semi-stable white head. The flavour starts off with a distinct and rather rough bitterness. Not so pleasant at first, but it is also quite malty. The bitterness gets tolerable and even enjoyable after a while.

Thanks to Grzegorz, who worked at the Adidas head quarter for a while, for this magnificent gift! Pale yellow, a bit strange colour, almost like a witbeer actually. Thick, white head. Very stark hoppy nose, with sweetness too it. Fresh. Taste fruity, very clean hops coming through. Truly enjoyable.
