Definitiv nichts Besonderes. Bottle 330ml.
Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, cereal, bread, toasted - caramel, flowers. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100417]

Bottle @ Brugmansia/Fonefan Tasting, April 2010. Pours clear dark golden with a small off white head. Nose is sweet malt, grain and bread. Medium to thin palate. Dry grainy end.

heavy (1989) - Split, CROATIA - APR 2, 2010
19/03 0.5 l bottle Bier-Spezialitäten-Laden, Berlin. It poured golden body with small head. Some weaker sweet malty aroma. Flavor is sweetish as well, some honey and flowers. Medium bodied beer with longer, but boring all-malt sweetness. A bit metallic at the very end as well. I got used to at least some hops in German beers, so didn’t quite like this one, as it was totally one-dimensional.

Bottle from Bier-Spezialitäten-Laden, Berlin. Shared with heavy.
Poured a small-medium head with a slightly darker golden body. Nice sweet flowery/fruity nose, too light though, lemony. Nice light sweet fruity taste, lemon I guess, lemon drops maybe. The concept and the label probably promised more than it delivered, the obviousness of the gimmick aside. Still, can’t say that it’s all that bad. The fruitiness raises it above the German pale lager average, not much but hey, it’s a tasty beer that I wouldn’t mind having again.

Golden-amber body with a small but delicious white head. Sourish aroma with malt and some floral-fruity hop. Fruity-sourish flavor with sweet malt, caramel, some acidic taste and hop in the end, fruity aftertaste. I feel embarassed about that acidic taste....

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Flavor is very alcoholic, very sweet. Something really special and interesting. Good beer.

Maria (9628) - Thisted, DENMARK - SEP 2, 2007
Dark golden with an OK head and a malty aroma with floral hints. The flavour is rather full, slightly sweet and floral with notes of caramel and a moderate bitterness. A nice, but average beer.

Bottle, 5.5%. Almost clear copper colour with tiny floaties. Small, lacy white head. Full mouthfeel and flavour. Hint of malt, but quite bland. Without the little extra alcohol, this would have been very boring.

Bottle: Light amber coloured, mid-sized and stable creamy off-white head; distinctive aromatic hoppy traces in the sweet (roast-)malty nose; solid sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied, soft MF; sweet (caramelly-)malty and bitter finish. Well balanced stuff.....by the full moon ?
