Unclear hazy light yellow color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate citrus, moderate to heavy yeasty, barnyard, soap, acidic vinegar. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and acidic - vinegar with a long duration, and a dry dry finish. Bottled (thanks B.U., tasted at 2nd CS/ES beerevening). Hazy yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white creamy/foamy head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is bananas, wheat, mild spices, some sourness as well as mild earthy notes. Flavour is rather similar along with some yeastyness and spicyness. Pleasant.

Bottled, thanks chimalli! Hazy pale yellow, brief head. Lemony and sulphury nose. Light bodied and crisp, very citric and tart with a lovely freshness. Feels full of life and has a complexity and depth of flavours thst is unseen at 2.5%.

Draught at the brauhaus
Cloudy dark blond color, compact head. Delicate, interesting aroma of lemon and lactic acid. Light mouthfeel; I would prefer having some malt or wheat flavor; elegant and mild lemony character, mild acidity, light bread touch; low bitterness.
Simple but nice.

Bottle, thx to Koelschtrinker. It’s a gusher, producing a milky yellow body under a big, rapidly diminishing, pillowy white head. The aroma is quite pleasant with cellar and lemon. Lemon sodapop, notes of cellar, a salty touch and some barnyard notes in the mouth. Medium to thin body, astringent mouthfeel. A really nice surprise, and very quenching. 091230

Hazy yellow color, small white head. Sour, wheatish fruity aroma. Light to medium bodied. Fruity, tart, delicious flavor. A bit thin but otherwise excellent Berliner Weisse.

Yellow-green colour. Fresh tart aroma and some celery nose. Light body. Quite effervescent, again with celery notes and a clean lactic tartness. Fresh and dry, a tasty example.

(50cl bottle) Pours a lightly hazy yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of lemon, barnyard, horse blanket, and earthiness. Flavor of tart lemon, funky brett, and some vinegar. Very refreshing summer beer. Excellent!
