Ob tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Pours pale yellow, opalescent, with a medium and persistent white head. Aroma of barnyard, cheese (parmigiano), esters, lactic, light smoke... terribile. Flavour is light sweet with a sour end, citric and light tart. Medium to light body, medium carbonation. Not my cup of tea.

11/VIII/2012 - 50cl bottle @ RBBSG - BB: n/a - (2012-878) Thanks to Thirstybird for sharing the bottle!

Clear pale yellow beer, small aery white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of apples, little sour, little sugary. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: lots of apples again, bit sourish, somewhat sugary. Aftertaste: more apples. Very weird beer... Not as disgusting as the Kindl anyway, but not my favourite beer either. Of course, maybe it’s not fair to judge between all the other top beers we had.

50cl bottle from Bierkompass.de. Probably the ugliest label I have seen. Poured hazy, almost yellow color with a thin white head. Sour lemon aroma, spices. Flavor is salty and soury, baking soda perhaps or alike, very strange. Still something fascinating about it. High carbonation. My first Berliner Weisse. I think there are better ones out there. Just have to wait and see.

Bottle @ Borefts ’13, I think thx to Koeltschtrinker (spelling?). Hazy orange colour with a huge white head. It gushed iirc. Smells sourish and lots of yeast. Tastes sour and yeasty. Thin to medium body and nice carbo.

Bottle. 2.5%. No best before date, but some years old. Pours a cloudy yellow with an off-white head. Aroma is sweetish and sourish, note of wheat and a light cream cheese-like note. Flavour is sour and sweet, with a bit of rum essence and a faint cardboard note. A bit watery. Sour finish, dry, with a not of berries and a lingering nectarine note. Overall okay, and surprised it holds up so well after several years. Still, would like to try a fresher one. 05.10.13.

UPDATED: APR 6, 2010 500 ML bottle in Germany. A very interesting beer to say the least. It is meant to be had with Rasberry juice for breakfast. But seems some folks like to have it pure. It is a very sour beer. I did a pure one at the Berlin Cafe in DC before as well. It is not something I want to try again.

Sampled at RBBSG. Clear yellow to golden color, small white lacing on top. Smells like feet, sweaty, not nice. Taste is mainly green apple, resembles a cider. Low body, low carbo.

Beetje bruingele kleur met aardige kleur. Beetje zurige kots geur. Zure gal smaak. Niks voor mij.
