Insgesamt ok.

Bottled. A hazy orange beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of straw, leading to a bitter finish. The body is thin.

Golden color with a white head. The taste is full bodied malty sweetnes with a very light bitterness on the palate. Comes off a little thin, but overall drinkable.

Like their dunkelweisse the swing-top bottle opens with a bang - curiously enough there is little CO_2 in the beer itself. Straw golden, low head. Maltish sweet aroma, a little hint of chlorine. Very bland and watery, and they definetly forgot to buy sensible hops in it - even if I would pee in my homebrew it would be better. Maximilian must be a cheap beer outlet for another brewery - I will have to investigate that.
