The appearance of the beer is exactly like apple juice with a few bubbles and no head, and the aroma reminds me of apple juice as well but with a hint of alcohol. The taste is almost overwhelmingly sweet, and the palate combines a light body, a thin yet slick texture, light carbonation, and an abrupt finish, which makes for a high drinkability.

Pours very thin pale yellow with no head, sparkly carbonation. Musty fermented apple smell. Slightly sweet apple juice flavor, not to sweet though. Simple and refreshing with a light must from the yeast. Not bad overall, but not great. I’d rather eat an apple.

Once again, this is not beer. I thought this was a "ratebeer" site.

Golden pour with a short lived white head. Sweet and a bit sugary with a slight acidity to the nose. Kind of just a sparkling apple juice aroma to it. The flavor is very similar to Martinelli’s or some other sweet cider/juice. Mild acidity on the finish with a light tartness.

Beerenberger (787) - Fischer, Texas, USA - JAN 9, 2013
Aroma subtle apple notes. Pours a clear yellow with lots of rising bubbles. The taste is chiefly sweet. Very enjoyable - not an ovre the top apple flavor, but like the nose is more subtle than some other hard ciders sampled. Nice crispness with a dry finish.

A very good, sweet but not too sweet cider! a tad too much like apple juice though. Wish it had a little bit stronger apple taste

Nice apple aroma and color like apple juice with no head. Flat taste and no finish at all.
