Woodchuck Amber Draft Cider was the first style of cider produced under the Woodchuck label. It is made from a blend of apples and fermented with champagne yeast to produce a great tasting and refreshing product.

Amber color with almost no head. Taste like apple juice with a light kick. Nothing real special here.

Clear light amber color, real apple aroma and taste. Quite crisp, semi-dry. One of the better cider brands out there.

Bottle. Pours clear orange with little to no white head. Aroma of apples, maple syrup, sweet. Has a sweetness to it, caramel apple...flavor goes away very quickly. Alright.

Medium to thin gold with a fizzy, small, disappearing head. Smells of tart apples, light citrus, and soft honey. Medium to light fizzy, thin, body with carbonation. Crisp apple taste with green apple and as dry slightly chemical note. The finish is sweet and balanced and dry. Its nice enough to drink but its rather simple and feels like its mass produced.

Pours a clear yellow with no head. Aroma of apples and light yeast. Flavor is all apples, almost like drinking tart apple juice.

Bottle. Nose is tart and dusty apple with a hint that’s it’s not non-alcoholic juice. Clear golden pour with light carbonation and a sudsy bright white head. Taste sweet and semi-flat with no bitterness or alcohol showing, straight-up apple juice, homies, with just a touch of zesty tartness a la sparking wine.

12 oz bottle. Pours amber, soda like carbonation. Aroma is of apples and vinous fruit. Body is medium, syrupy. Taste is mostly sweet apples with light acidity and tartness. Finish is long and sweet. Somewhat on a sweet side for me.

Aroma is crisp and apply - but of course - almost like normal "soft cider" except with a kick that lets you know this is a potent potable. Pours a nice clear amber, not much head; however, this is typical of ciders rather than beers. Crisp flavor is quite sweet, yet has that subtle alcoholic edge. Smooth texture is quite firm and fizzy. Maybe I need to try more ciders.

12 oz bottle into a pint glass at Cactus Jack’s. Dark gold and clear appearance with minimal head and lacing. Aroma of apples, tart fruit, light yeast and light spices. Simlar flavor, tart and sweet with a light body. Pretty smooth and refreshing.

12 oz. bottle. Appearance: pale straw, clear, fizzy, no really, light lacing. Aroma: apple, vinegar. Palate: light body, fizzy carbonation, sweet sweet finish, thin and fizzy texture. Taste: Very sweet through the entirety. Overall, almost overwhelmingly sweet, and not dry for a cider; I enjoy drinking it but I really have not had many different ciders.
